Book a jewellery appointment in Hatton Garden

Bring the jewellery. Sit down with us. We will begin there.

You may be bringing a broken chain, a strand of pearls that needs attention, a ring that no longer feels right, an inherited piece you have questions about, or an idea for something new. Tell us what is happening and what matters to you. Helen or David will sit down with you, look carefully at the jewellery and help you understand what deserves attention and what can wait.

20 to 40 minutes, Monday to Friday, a small number of appointments each day
Time with Helen or David Your appointment is a conversation with the people who will help you understand the jewellery and the options in front of you.
A little time, kept properly Most appointments take around 20 to 40 minutes. We keep only a small number in the diary each day so the conversation does not feel rushed.
Hoping to come in today? Give Helen or David a quick call or WhatsApp first and we will check the studio diary with you before you request a same-day visit.

Book a jewellery appointment in Hatton Garden

Choose a date, then tell us about the jewellery.

Choose the day that suits you, then share your details and why you would like to visit. Helen or David will come back to you to confirm the appointment.

Step 1

Choose your preferred date

Appointments are requested Monday to Friday. If you are hoping to visit today, call or WhatsApp Helen or David and we will check the studio diary with you.

Step 2

Tell us who you are and what you would like help with

You do not need to know the technical jewellery terms. A few clear details are enough for us to understand where to begin.

Need a different time? Call or WhatsApp Helen or David and we will check what may be possible.

This is an appointment request. The date and time you choose are preferences; Helen or David will confirm the final appointment with you personally.

Before you come in

You do not need to prepare much. Bring the piece and whatever you would like us to understand about it.

The appointment is there to make things clearer, not to test what you know about jewellery.

01

Bring the jewellery

Bring the complete piece, any loose stones or components, and related pieces if they help explain the repair, stringing, resizing or remodelling you have in mind.

02

Tell us what you noticed

You may have felt a stone move, noticed a clasp becoming unreliable, found a broken strand, or realised a ring no longer sits comfortably. Those small details help us understand where to begin.

03

Tell us what matters to you

If the piece carries a memory, a family story or a detail you want to preserve, tell us. That can be just as important as the practical work.

04

Ideas are welcome, a brief is not required

For remodelling or bespoke jewellery, bring photographs or sketches if you have them. If you only have a feeling, a purpose or a story, that is enough for us to begin.

Appointment questions

Ask us in your own words.

Repair, pearl and bead stringing, resizing, remodelling, jewellery care, bespoke design and diamond conversations can all begin here.

How long should I allow for my appointment?

Most appointments take around 20 to 40 minutes. A straightforward repair or stringing conversation may need less time than a remodelling, bespoke or diamond consultation. We keep the diary intentionally small so you have time to talk through what you have brought.

Can I book an appointment for today?

Same-day appointments can sometimes be possible. Please call or WhatsApp Helen or David first and we will check the studio diary with you before you request one.

Is choosing a time online a confirmed appointment?

No. The date and time you choose are your preferences. Your request comes directly to us, and Helen or David will personally confirm the final appointment with you so the right amount of time can be kept for the jewellery and the conversation.

Can I bring more than one piece?

Yes. Tell us in the form if you are bringing several pieces. It helps us understand how much time the conversation may need, especially for several repairs, a jewellery health check or remodelling ideas.

What if I do not know which service to choose?

That is completely fine. Choose the closest option and describe the jewellery in your own words. We can help you work out what would be most useful when we speak.

Can I send photographs before my appointment?

Yes. Clear photographs can help us understand the enquiry before you arrive. Send the whole piece and any area you are concerned about on WhatsApp. Some answers will still need us to see the jewellery in person.
