Bring the jewellery
Bring the complete piece, any loose stones or components, and related pieces if they help explain the repair, stringing, resizing or remodelling you have in mind.

You may be bringing a broken chain, a strand of pearls that needs attention, a ring that no longer feels right, an inherited piece you have questions about, or an idea for something new. Tell us what is happening and what matters to you. Helen or David will sit down with you, look carefully at the jewellery and help you understand what deserves attention and what can wait.

Choose the day that suits you, then share your details and why you would like to visit. Helen or David will come back to you to confirm the appointment.
Step 1
Appointments are requested Monday to Friday. If you are hoping to visit today, call or WhatsApp Helen or David and we will check the studio diary with you.
Step 2
You do not need to know the technical jewellery terms. A few clear details are enough for us to understand where to begin.
Before you come in
The appointment is there to make things clearer, not to test what you know about jewellery.
Bring the complete piece, any loose stones or components, and related pieces if they help explain the repair, stringing, resizing or remodelling you have in mind.
You may have felt a stone move, noticed a clasp becoming unreliable, found a broken strand, or realised a ring no longer sits comfortably. Those small details help us understand where to begin.
If the piece carries a memory, a family story or a detail you want to preserve, tell us. That can be just as important as the practical work.
For remodelling or bespoke jewellery, bring photographs or sketches if you have them. If you only have a feeling, a purpose or a story, that is enough for us to begin.
Appointment questions
Repair, pearl and bead stringing, resizing, remodelling, jewellery care, bespoke design and diamond conversations can all begin here.
Most appointments take around 20 to 40 minutes. A straightforward repair or stringing conversation may need less time than a remodelling, bespoke or diamond consultation. We keep the diary intentionally small so you have time to talk through what you have brought.
Same-day appointments can sometimes be possible. Please call or WhatsApp Helen or David first and we will check the studio diary with you before you request one.
No. The date and time you choose are your preferences. Your request comes directly to us, and Helen or David will personally confirm the final appointment with you so the right amount of time can be kept for the jewellery and the conversation.
Yes. Tell us in the form if you are bringing several pieces. It helps us understand how much time the conversation may need, especially for several repairs, a jewellery health check or remodelling ideas.
That is completely fine. Choose the closest option and describe the jewellery in your own words. We can help you work out what would be most useful when we speak.
Yes. Clear photographs can help us understand the enquiry before you arrive. Send the whole piece and any area you are concerned about on WhatsApp. Some answers will still need us to see the jewellery in person.
