Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HD Studio London. We want to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to international addresses or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please Note: If an item is custom-made, resized, or bespoke, it will require additional production time. This timeline will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated to you directly via email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all of our jewellery using tracked, insured services to guarantee safe delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasonal volumes (such as Christmas).

How Click & Collect Works

If you select the collection option at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup at our London studio. Once it is ready, we will email you to arrange a collection appointment.

• Collection Address: Unit 3.4, 3rd Floor, Treasure House, 19–21 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BA

• What to bring: Your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).

4. Secure & Discreet Packaging

To protect your purchase from theft during transit, all HD Studio London orders are shipped in completely discreet external packaging. There will be no mention of jewellery, diamonds, or "HD Studio London" on the outside of the box or mailbag.

5. Delivery Signatures

Because of the value of our jewellery items, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the package. If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card explaining how to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Once a package is signed for at the designated shipping address, the responsibility and risk of loss for the items pass to you.

6. How to Track Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

7. Damages and Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at luxury@hdstudioldn.com with your order number. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
