HD Studio London — Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched fully insured with tracked, signature-required delivery. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent insured courier service for all UK orders.

UK Delivery: Standard tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days. Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

International Delivery: We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders are sent fully insured via tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for Europe and 5–10 working days for the rest of the world. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. All high-value orders may require additional identity verification before dispatch. Bespoke and made-to-order items have individual production timelines confirmed at the time of order.
